About The Role

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to help us on our mission by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Duties/Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of data analysis processes and methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.
Collect, clean, and manipulate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Perform complex data analysis using statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
Develop and maintain advanced dashboards, reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the data analysis team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and growth.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and recommend innovative approaches to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.

What We Look For

3+ years of experience in data analysis with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and driving business impact.
Experience with data visualization tools (Metabase, Apache Superset) and ability to create compelling visualizations to communicate complex ideas.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R and Jupyter Notebooks (Hex) or other programming languages commonly used for data analysis and manipulation.
Strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques, such as hypothesis testing, regression analysis and predictive modeling.
Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques.
Proficient in Notion or ClickUp.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex data and insights to a non-technical audience.
Exceptional troubleshooting skills.
Adaptable to changes.

Compensation

The expected annual salary range for this role is $78,000-$90,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as any applicable employment laws. This salary range is for someone whose permanent address is in the United States.
