Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full Stack Developer. The position is based in Buffalo, NY, and allows for some work-from-home flexibility. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for hands-on development of both front-end and back-end components of our dental platform. This includes designing and implementing software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring code quality and performance.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Front-End Development
Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Full-Stack

Development

Proficiency in PHP and WordPress
Strong Software Development skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experiences) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus, but not required

Salary

Compensation can range from $80,000-$140,000, based on capabilities and talent.
Quarterly performance-based raise opportunities
