About the Role

We are seeking a Data Engineer to build and optimize our data infrastructure. You will ensure that our team has reliable pipelines, accessible analytics, and high-quality data to inform product decisions and improve patient outcomes.

This is a hands-on role where your work will directly influence both the product and the organization’s growth.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
Optimize data models and database performance for analytics and reporting.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure data accessibility.
Implement best practices for data quality, governance, and security.
Support integration of external APIs and third-party data sources.

Requirements:

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
4+ years of data engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Java, or Scala).
Experience with ETL tools, data pipelines, and workflow orchestration (Airflow, dbt, etc.).
Hands-on with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
Startup mindset: adaptable, proactive, and excited to contribute in a fast-moving environment.
