What You’ll Do

Your mission: keep our data clean, our reports clear, and our clients confident. You’ll:

Be the Excel whisperer – build, maintain, and troubleshoot reports using advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, queries, macros).
Generate client statements – prepare accurate monthly billing and reimbursement statements on schedule (no late deliveries on your watch).
Audit like a detective – review data sets to make sure everything matches— and track down discrepancies.
Collect & organize – gather data from multiple sources and keep databases updated with precision.
Turn chaos into clarity – create reports that summarize the numbers and highlight the “so what” for accounting, forecasting, and operations.
Team up – collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot data hiccups and streamline processes.

What You Bring

We’re not asking you to code machine learning models. But we do expect you to be a master of the basics that make our business work.

Advanced Excel skills (queries, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros — you name it).
Strong organizational skills and an eagle eye for detail.
Comfort working independently and managing multiple projects at once.
Communication skills to explain findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teammates.
A love of order, accuracy, and “getting it right.”
