About The Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. The BI Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role requires strong technical expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting, along with the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize BI reports, dashboards, and data models using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective data solutions.
Extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets, etc.).
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to improve data pipelines and optimize data storage and retrieval processes.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create automated reporting processes to improve efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with BI tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve analytics capabilities.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or a similar role.
Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik).
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
Experience with data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and their BI/data services.
Knowledge of statistical methods and predictive analytics.
Experience in an industry-relevant domain (e.g., healthcare, finance, retail).
