Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and be proficient in various financial software and tools. This role involves conducting thorough financial analysis, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making within the organization. The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including cash flow analysis, cost accounting, and profit & loss evaluations.
Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and Hyperion.
Utilize SQL and VBA for data manipulation and automation of reporting processes.
Collect and analyze data to support strategic planning and business intelligence initiatives.
Develop financial models to forecast future performance based on historical data and market trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights on budgeting and financial planning.
Perform quantitative research to inform investment banking decisions and corporate finance strategies.
Ensure compliance with corporate accounting standards and governmental accounting regulations.
Present findings to management, highlighting key trends and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
Experience with financial software such as ERP systems and Bloomberg is preferred.
Knowledge of financial concepts including corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Familiarity with data visualization techniques using Tableau or Power BI.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform quantitative analysis effectively.
Strong written communication skills for financial report writing and documentation.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
