Responsibilities

Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to support business decision-making.
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
Perform data analysis to identify key trends, KPIs, and insights that drive operational efficiency and business growth.
Assist in data modeling, forecasting, and ad-hoc reporting for senior analysts and business leaders.
Document processes, maintain data dictionaries, and ensure compliance with company data governance standards.
Partner with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Marketing, Operations, and IT to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Support automation of recurring reports and contribute to process improvement initiatives using tools like Python, R, or Excel macros (if applicable).
Ensure data integrity by conducting quality checks, validation, and reconciliation before reports are published.
Stay current with US data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA) and internal compliance requirements when working with sensitive data.
