React/Java UX Front-End Programmer

Description:

Maplewood Software/ StaffReady utilizes React and React Native front end on a Spring/ Java platform to create web-based applications. The React/Java UX Programmer position focuses primarily on React for web- browsing and cell phone apps. Lead and participate in the following areas:

Refactor existing jQuery code to React
Build new applications and new features on existing applications
User Experience design and graphical layouts
Create and Maintain code and UX standards
Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs
Time and project management
Source code management with Git, DevOps
Excellent communicator, team participant, and servant leader
Self-managed and self-motivated

Candidate Requirements:

Ability to work with cutting edge React and Java code
3 or more years of experience
Demonstrated leadership capacity

Expectations:

Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience with mobile app development and deployment
Eager to build bold new software products
Experience with responsive design and UI/UX principles

Benefits:
