Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Design Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will analyze dashboards and create reports to measure the success of system changes throughout Epic Refuel projects. They will present findings and metrics to leadership across various departments. They will have strong healthcare revenue cycle and Epic knowledge, strong Excel skills, and experience using Tableau.

Duties

Establish quantitative metrics to measure success of system changes throughout Epic Refuel projects and report to leadership.
Analyze dashboards of immediate data to establish baseline metrics, confirm anticipated outcomes, and measure success of outcomes following system optimizations.
Identify information needed from dashboards and data to measure success of projects holistically.
Pull data from dashboards, Tableau, and other technologies to provide reports of project success.
Congregate data and effectively communicate end results to leadership across various departments affected.
Establish effective methodology for capturing metrics across reports for measuring project success.
Communicate with stakeholders and interview end-users to identify what changes within the Epic system need to be made to be successful and what needs to be measured to drive success.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
