Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Intelligence Officer based in the Greater Abilene Area. The Intelligence Officer will support project execution by building relationships across stakeholders at all levels, analyzing data, providing actionable insights, and conducting research to enhance project planning and operations. Key responsibilities include intelligence analysis, understanding operations to inform strategies, and working on human intelligence (HUMINT) to inform decision-making. The role requires collaborative work with team members, while also delivering detailed findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Intelligence Analysis, HUMINT, and Research to gather and interpret key data with precision.
Strong Analytical Skills to assess project metrics, identify trends, and recommend informed strategies.
Familiarity with construction, commissioning and data centers to align intelligence strategy with operational requirements.
Ability to establish close relationships and develop HUMINT networks.
Comfortable working in remote locations.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively communicate findings to diverse stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent military or professional experience preferred.
Experience in or understanding of project controls or related disciplines is advantageous but not required.
Military, law inforcemwnt, or intelligence services experience advantageous.
