We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Quality Analyst to join our Data Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our organization's data, identifying and resolving data quality issues, and implementing data quality best practices.

Responsibilities:

Conduct data quality assessments and audits to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies
Develop and implement data quality rules and standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data quality issues
Monitor and track data quality metrics and KPIs
Provide recommendations for data quality improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
2+ years of experience in data quality analysis
Proficiency in SQL and data quality tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
