About the role

To form part of the Data and BI Team, reporting to the Head of BI, the role of a Data Engineer is to carry out designated tasks, projects, and operations, related to the data estate, following the guidance of the Lead Data Engineer.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, Build & Enhance both the new and existing data architectures
Contribute to technical data architecture discussions with the team
Contribute to R&D tasks within the team when required
Assist in stakeholder meetings and requirements gathering
Assist in the daily data operations and maintenance tasks
Monitor the data loading process chain for the Data Estate
Perform adhoc data analysis to support business needs
Support the tracking team and their platforms, including in its operations

Requirements:

Graduated with an IT Degree or a Relevant Degree in the Area.
Must have at least 1 years’ working experience as a Data Engineer in the i-gaming business
Must have working experience with experience in Python or Java or C in an enterprise environment
Must have working experience in designing, building and maintaining data integration systems and distributed ETL processes in a cloud environment at an enterprise level
Must have working experience in SQL, and working with relational databases and complex queries
Must have working experience in the i-gaming industry
Ability to work and deliver in a fast-paced agile environment
Must be a good team player
Highly motivated with good analytical skills
Must have very good Communication Skills
Proficient in verbal and written communication in English
