Prachub is an early-stage startup on a mission to make tech interview prep more transparent and accessible. We curate real interview questions, provide in-browser SQL & coding practice, and build community-driven resources across roles like SDE, Data, PM, and more.

We are looking for a founding Data Scientist to join our core team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape both our product and culture from day one.

What You’ll Do

Analyze user data to uncover insights that drive product and growth decisions.
Build data pipelines and dashboards to track engagement, retention, and conversion metrics.
Design and evaluate A/B tests for new features and growth experiments.
Collaborate with engineers and products to define data-driven roadmaps.
Contribute to creating a data-first culture at Prachub.

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in data science, analytics
Strong SQL skills and experience with Python or R.
Familiarity with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, Airflow, BigQuery, Snowflake) is a plus.
Experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B testing, causal inference).
Bonus: experience with LLMs, recommender systems, or NLP.
A startup mindset: ownership, adaptability, willingness to get hands dirty.
