The successful candidate will receive specialized systems training and directly report to a client’s supervisor in a demanding healthcare environment. Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills, and strong organizational skills. The successful candidate will manage data in Oracle Financials and other healthcare systems, responsible for data processing functions including but not limited to accurate recording, auditing, matching, and processing of all invoices. Adhere to client policies and procedures with respect to checks and balances over all invoices, receiving reports, and other Accounts Payable documents. Timely and accurately process invoices in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, and other duties as assigned. The successful candidate will also act as a liaison and facilitate collaboration and harmonious relationship with other all hospital departments and vendors.

Work requires onsite collaboration with a healthcare Finance team.

6 month engagement with an opportunity to apply for a permanent position thereafter.

Preferred but not required (training will be provided):

Bachelor’s degree
Experience with Oracle EBS Accounts Payable or other Finance/AP systems.
Experience processing invoices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
