Position Title: Data Analyst
Position Goals and Role:
This is a full time position at REACH Medical. REACH Medical provides low-threshold, harm reduction-oriented primary care in a multi-disciplinary, integrated practice to further the REACH Mission of ensuring health equity to all who typically face stigma in the current healthcare system.
Responsibilities:

Input, update, maintain, and analyze data to ensure timely and accurate submission of reports and meet regulatory deadlines.

Work collaboratively with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and other departments to identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets to provide actionable insights.

Extract, clean, and transform raw data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Maintain and optimize databases and dashboards to support ongoing analysis.

Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for leadership and stakeholders to support decision-making and operational improvements.

Evaluate and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on data driven indicators.

Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise presentations and reports.

Collaborate with designated REACH staff when necessary to assist with the maintenance of an orderly inventory system of all electronic devices.

Serve as a point of contact for staff and contractor inquiries regarding IT and electronic devices as well as escalate complex IT issues to IT support contractors when necessary.

Collaborate with contracted IT specialists and Compliance Officer to maintain high levels of cybersecurity and HIPAA compliance for all devices

Maintain and develop IT and data reporting policies and procedures, instructions, and processes as necessary

Operate in a manner that complies with all organizational, city, county, state, and federal guidelines.

Attend designated meetings and keep accurate minutes/records when necessary

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data analysis and reporting.

Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Share in after hour responsibilities if/as indicated.
Qualifications:

Advanced Excel skills and experience with the Excel Business Intelligence Tools

Extensive experience utilizing cloud based information systems

Undergraduate degree in a relatable field.

Strong organizational and collaborative skills

Understanding of data privacy laws and regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)
