Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with database query, SQL coding, and analysis.
Experience leading cross-functional project teams through strong problem-framing.
Knowledge of accounting and core finance processes and standard finance systems (e.g., SAP).
Ability to start and direct work in an unstructured environment, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
Excellent problem-structuring and project management skills, and the ability to communicate insights.
Strong problem solving skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate clearly and influence senior leadership teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Develop financial models that help TI (Technical Infrastructure) and Finance to make sound financial decisions on capital investments.
Work with TI business partners to plan, forecast, and report on TI Capital spend, all grounded with business drivers.
Analyze data and synthesize raw information into insights and recommendations.
Identify and implement cost and operational metrics to measure business results and efficiency in areas being supported.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to TI business partners, accounting, finance, internal audit, systems, and engineering teams.
