Job Summary:

We’re looking for a contractor with strong Excel and Visual Basic (VBA) skills to help clean up, document, and improve a set of 15–20 complex Excel macros built over several decades. These tools interact with a custom internal application and are essential to day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do:

Review and document existing Excel macros
Identify what each macro does and where the data flows
Make recommendations for improvements and error handling
Present findings to the IT and development teams

What We’re Looking For:

Expert in Excel and VBA
Experience with legacy Excel systems and macro documentation
Able to work independently and explain technical concepts clearly
Must be onsite in Buffalo for the first 2–3 weeks; remote work available after

This is a short-term contract, flexible between 1–4 months depending on full-time or part-time availability.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
