We are seeking a Junior Database Developer with a focus on SQL to support our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with foundational SQL skills to gain hands-on experience in database development and grow their technical career.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and functions.

Assist in database design and normalization to ensure data consistency and efficiency.

Help ensure data accuracy and availability.

Work with developers and analysts to support application data needs and reporting requirements.

Assist in developing ETL scripts for data integration.

Support database Schema design and documentation.

Assist in performance tuning of queries and optimization of database structures.

Participate in database testing, backups, and data validation processes.

Document data models, queries, and processes for future reference and auditing.

Ad hoc projects and tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Solid understanding of SQL and relational database principles.

Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.

Experience with Python, Tableau and PowerBI preferred.

Basic understanding of data normalization, indexing, and query optimization.

Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
