We are an advertising agency that works with clients in the real estate, land development, landscaping, remodeling, audio/video companies, and custom pool companies, committed to creating high-performing websites and stunning visual content. We're looking for a versatile and creative WordPress Developer with strong graphic design skills to help us bring our client’s digital presence to the next level.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be a WordPress expert with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development. They should also be proficient in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail. Our clients sell high-quality custom products, and their websites must be consistent with their products. The websites will feature extensive photo and video libraries, must have state-of-the-art SEO, and must generate leads via sign-up forms. The websites all integrate with HubSpot as a CRM, auto-launch email campaigns and must feature in-depth reporting for all incoming traffic and email activity.
Google and Digital Marketing skills are a big bonus, and candidates with those skills as part of their portfolio will be given serious consideration.
This is not a hidden programmer position. The ideal candidate will have worked closely with customers, been responsive to customers’ needs, and is available. We’re looking for a proactive programmer who detects and fixes website issues before our team or the client notices them.
We have a team of graphic and marketing experts who will work closely with our programmer.

This position will report directly to the President.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress websites and themes.
- Create visually appealing graphics, banners, logos, and other design assets.
- Customize plugins and themes to meet client or project-specific needs.
- Understand HubSpot integration.
- Capability of email campaign management.
- Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align visuals with brand identity.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing website support.
- Google Digital Campaign management and expertise is a bonus.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with WordPress development.
- Proficiency with Oxygen website themes.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
- Experience with popular page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg).
- Strong portfolio showcasing both web development and graphic design work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.).
- Understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Experience using video as a vital part of a website.
- Understanding of lead generation and CRM systems (Hubspot.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Google certification.
- Ability to work as an integral part of a customer service-oriented team.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Front-line / Customer management experience. This person will work directly with our team and our clients.
- Basic understanding of Cold Fusion (CF or CFML). We have some websites that must tie into CF systems.
