Our client views trading and programming as closely linked disciplines — not separate functions. Some team members lean more heavily into trading, others into software engineering, and many work fluidly across both areas. Most traders here write code, and many engineers contribute to trading efforts.
Researchers at the firm are responsible for building models, strategies, and systems used to price and trade a wide range of financial instruments.
