We need a full-stack product engineer for a Seed stage Healthcare SaaS Startup. You must have 3+ years of experience and have shipped end-to-end products that generated revenue. You should be comfortable owning entire business outcomes and driving automation metrics, working closely with customers and internal teams. Bonus points if you have worked at an early engineering team at a startup or have experience running a startup as a core technical contributor.
What you'll do:
- Design, build, and maintain user-facing applications for our customers and internal billing team.
- Model complex and data-intensive domains effectively from both backend and UI perspectives.
- Own and iterate on product strategy alongside domain experts and customers who rely on your tool daily.
- Talk to customers, understand their problems, and implement solutions in the codebase.
- Come up with your own product roadmap and prioritize initiatives to drive automation metrics.
Who are you:
- 2 - 5 years of experience as a fullstack engineer, working in startups and building complex products
- Shipped full end- to- end products that generated revenue
- Can work heavily with customers to iterate on products (similar to a Forward Deployed Engineer Role)
- Experience at Seed/Series A/B companies (less than 100 people)
- CS degree from a top 25 university
- Experience with React, Next. js, Node.js, Express and PostgreSQL.
- Interest in the healthcare industry
Compensation: $140k - $200k (+Equity)
Location: San Francisco (On-site)
