Overview
Join a cutting-edge Advanced Analytics team focused on digital adoption and customer inception across a newly acquired business. You’ll work alongside data-savvy teammates and business stakeholders to understand customer behavior and drive the adoption of digital tools across the enterprise.
This is not a plug-and-play analyst role—our ideal candidate thrives on ambiguity, can wrangle large subscriber-based data sets (think 37M+ records), and collaborates effectively with SMEs and cross-functional teams to translate behavior into business insight.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Behavioral Insights
- Analyze customer login and early adoption behaviors to identify digital friction points.
- Cohort users (e.g., never/some/most adopters) and replicate findings for the business side.
- Bridge complexity gaps between digital and business operations using proactive data storytelling.
Data Wrangling & Troubleshooting
- Work with large-scale, complex data sets sourced from Snowflake, Databricks, or similar.
- Identify data issues, inconsistencies, and instrumentation gaps in the digital journey.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Level III business marketing stakeholders and analyst SMEs to prioritize requests.
- Translate questions into action and field ad-hoc requests from leadership with speed and accuracy.
Reporting & Visualization
- Develop dashboards and insights using PowerBI (highly preferred).
- Create accessible visual narratives from complex data to influence strategy.
Tools & Tech Stack
- SQL – advanced proficiency required (7+/10)
- PowerBI – required
- Snowflake & Databricks – or similar modern data platforms
- Adobe DTM / digital tagging tools – nice to have
- Experience with omnichannel and customer analytics – preferred
