As a Senior Data Scientist in our AI Foundations group, you’ll create cutting-edge generative AI and NLP capabilities that power personalized experiences, intelligent search, and real-time interactions within our award-winning mobile app.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with engineers, ML specialists, and product leaders to design, train, and deploy AI-powered features that reach over 80 million customers.
Apply advanced NLP and LLM techniques to build conversational experiences, intelligent content search, and adaptive recommendations.
Use technologies like PyTorch, AWS UltraClusters, Hugging Face, LangChain, Lightning, and VectorDBs to process and learn from massive, complex datasets.
Optimize and fine-tune large models for real-world scalability, ensuring reliability, low latency, and high-quality results.
Translate sophisticated AI concepts into actionable solutions that align with business goals and enhance customer experiences.
Lead innovation efforts, exploring emerging AI methodologies, from self-supervised learning to RLHF, and integrating them into production-ready systems.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a quantitative/STEM field (or equivalent experience).
Proven track record building and operationalizing machine learning solutions at scale.
Experience with LLMs, deep learning frameworks, and cloud-based AI pipelines.
2+ years coding in Python, Scala, or R, with strong SQL skills.
Background in NLP, training optimization, or advanced AI subdomains such as explainability or reinforcement learning.
Ability to lead technical initiatives and communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
