Role: Jr. Java Developer

Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a skilled Jr. Java Developer to support a federal client in delivering secure and effective web and backend application solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Building web and backend applications/services for a credentialing/case management system using Java/Spring-based REST APIs along with a Web 2.0 framework and a continuous integration environment.
Collaborating with a team of developers to build the next generation of customer engagement systems for federal service agencies.
Developing and implementing software solutions using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Java.
What You’ll Do
As a Jr. Java Developer, you will:
Support the development of enterprise-grade applications in a federal environment
Write, test, and maintain clean, efficient code
Work collaboratively with team members in an Agile environment
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software solutions
Schedule & Shift Details
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Remote work; support required during East Coast business hours
Requirements
2+ years of Java development experience in order to build enterprise applications
1+ years of experience using Java development tools (e.g., Eclipse, JUnit, Git)
United States Citizenship required (no dual citizenship)
Final Active Secret Clearance required
