We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst who thrives on uncovering insights, solving complex problems, and influencing big decisions. In this role, you’ll have a direct impact on how we grow our network, improve operational performance, and create an unparalleled customer experience.

What You’ll Do
- Dive into the data – analyze large-scale datasets from EV chargers, vehicles, customers, and the grid to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Build the big picture – design dashboards and reports that track charger utilization, uptime, energy delivery, and customer wait times.
- Set the standard – work with Operations to define and monitor SLAs and KPIs that keep our network running at peak performance.
- Forecast the future – develop models to predict charger demand and guide infrastructure expansion.
- Automate the insights – streamline reporting for rebate programs, compliance, finance, and customer metrics.
- Solve problems at scale – pinpoint operational inefficiencies, outages, or customer issues and help us fix them fast.
- Tell the story – present clear, compelling insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Keep it flowing – design and maintain robust data pipelines that ensure our data is accurate, consistent, and ready to use.
What You Bring
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years in data analysis ideally in energy, mobility, transportation, or infrastructure.
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, Java, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with large-scale data in cloud environments.
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for turning numbers into narratives that inspire action.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of EV charging ecosystems or utility data.
- Experience with time-series or operational data analysis.
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a quantitative discipline.
