We are a fast-moving healthcare AI startup building ambient LLM agents to lighten the documentation load for clinicians. We need an engineer who can turn cutting-edge research into reliable, scalable, production systems.

What you'll do

Architect, fine-tune, and deploy LLM + RAG systems for real-world use
Build Speech-To-Text (STT) and ambient AI solutions that turn voice into structured data
Own and drive the complete AI lifecycle, from raw data and prompt engineering to production deployment
Work with clinicians to solve high-impact, real-world problems

What you bring

BS in CS, Engineering, or related field (MS/PhD preferred)
3+ years of AI/ML engineering (Python, AWS, MLOps)
Hands-on experience with Transformers, GPT-based, and/or diffusion models
Bonus: RAG, prompt engineering, SFT, STT, and healthcare experience

You move fast, ship often, and thrive in startup ambiguity
