Required Skills:
- 5+ years in data analytics, preferably within Retail or CPG environments.
- Hands-on experience working with large datasets in a distributed/cloud environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional analytics efforts and communicate results to business stakeholders.
- Proficient in Databricks, PySpark, and SQL for large-scale data processing.
- Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms (GCP, AWS).
- Skilled in Power BI or other BI tools for building interactive dashboards and visualizations.
- Understanding of data pipelines, modeling, and observability.
- Exposure to or practical experience with machine learning.
- Familiarity with structured experimentation methods (e.g., design of experiments, uplift modeling).
- Experience with Dataiku or similar data science platforms
