What You Will Be Doing

Refine onboarding processes to enhance contributor integration, optimize user acquisition, and drive workforce growth, retention, and performance.
Build data pipelines, dashboards, and tools for automated reporting, campaign tracking, and real-time analytics.
Assess workflows, behavior trends, and feedback to craft strategies that elevate contributor satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Leverage data insights to diagnose contributor challenges and implement solutions that promote a high-performing, engaging environment.

What You Will Need

Skilled at extracting insights from data and translating findings into impactful actions.
Enthusiastic about blending data science with marketing and growth initiatives to accelerate company scaling.
Proficient in working with AI-driven datasets and thrive independently in fast-moving, ambiguous settings to deliver outcomes.
