Key Responsibilities
- Develop Advanced AI Models: Design, build, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models using structured and unstructured healthcare data to improve patient outcomes.
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Conduct statistical analysis, run experiments, and deliver actionable insights through clear visualizations for clinical and business stakeholders.
- Innovate with Emerging AI: Apply supervised/unsupervised ML, NLP, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to solve complex healthcare challenges.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with application engineers to build MLOps pipelines and ensure ethical, responsible AI practices.
- Advance Research: Partner with academia and industry to publish findings, present at conferences, and expand xHealth’s thought leadership.
- Deploy & Optimize Models: Launch models in production, monitor real-world performance, and iterate for accuracy and scalability.
- Document & Contribute to IP: Deliver clean, production-ready code, documentation, and patents that expand our innovation footprint.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in Math, Statistics, CS, Engineering, or related field with 1+ year of technical experience (Master’s/PhD preferred).
Technical Proficiency
- Python/R and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)
- Deep learning (ANN, CNN, RNN, Autoencoders, GANs)
- NLP, LTR, RAG, and agentic workflows in production
- Strong data cleaning and preprocessing skills
- Statistical/Analytical: Proficient in algorithms and statistical modeling (k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, neural networks).
- Cloud & Big Data: Skilled in GCP, AWS, or Azure and tools like PySpark and Databricks.
- Deployment: Experience deploying, monitoring, and refining AI models at scale.
- Communication: Ability to clearly present technical findings to both expert and non-technical audiences.
