Job Description:
- As a member of the Business Intelligence (BI) team, you will be responsible for developing dashboards, tools, and data-driven solutions that track and analyze key performance indicators, trends, and patterns across the organization.
- This role involves working across data engineering, analysis, and reporting to deliver insights that support operational decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain interactive dashboards and BI tools.
- Enhance and maintain existing BI solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop a unified reporting framework to reduce redundancy and improve accessibility to key data.
- Access, cleanse, compile, and transform disparate structured and unstructured data sets to support analysis.
- Build and manage automated data pipelines to collect, process, and store data from monitoring tools, capacity planning systems, and operational databases.
- Support modern data storage, movement, and transformation architectures to extract and engineer features from data.
- Conduct exploratory and predefined analyses using scientifically valid techniques to generate actionable insights.
- Assist with feasibility studies to assess data availability, quality, and modeling dependencies.
- Contribute to the discovery or engineering of explanatory features in high-dimensional datasets for relevant operational or business use cases.
- Support the iterative selection and application of statistical and machine learning techniques to develop optimal models and insights.
- Work with business leaders and stakeholders to identify relevant analytical questions and opportunities.
- Propose new uses for existing data sources, algorithms, and predictive models to drive business value.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Write, test, and debug code to support new data and BI capabilities.
- Continuously develop expertise in assigned tools, technologies, development processes, and the broader data ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related area.
- Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Grafana, Power BI, Tableau) and data querying languages (e.g., SQL).
- Experience building data pipelines and working with both structured and unstructured data.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning methods.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate data insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
