Our client, a leader in technology innovation, is seeking a R&D Software Engineer III to join their team. As a R&D Software Engineer III, you will be part of the dynamic development team supporting cutting-edge software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: R&D Software Engineer III

Location: San Diego, CA

Pay Range: $60/hr on w2

What's the Job?

Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
Analyze user needs and develop software solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
Design and customize software for client use, ensuring high-quality user experiences.
Coordinate microservice development as part of a team, potentially supervising offshore developers.
Engage in UI/UX analysis and design within application areas.

What's Needed?

Hands-on experience developing applications utilizing React and JavaScript.
4+ years of experience in software development, particularly in front-end development.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM, Kanban, TDD).
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and configuration management tools like GitHub.
Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
