Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling. Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
- Develop and implement machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, Spark, and R.
- Conduct data mining and perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to prepare data for analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on database design and management to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Utilize programming languages such as Python, Java, C, and SQL for data manipulation and model deployment.
- Employ natural language processing techniques to analyze unstructured data sources.
- Work with big data technologies including Hadoop and AWS to manage large-scale datasets.
- Create visualizations and reports using tools like Looker to communicate findings effectively.
- Engage in model training and validation processes to enhance predictive accuracy.
- Stay updated with advancements in AI, quantum engineering, and analytics methodologies.
Skills
- Proficiency in programming languages: Python, R, Java, C
- Experience with machine learning frameworks: TensorFlow, Spark
- Strong understanding of unsupervised learning techniques
- Familiarity with ETL processes and tools such as Talend
- Knowledge of database design principles and SQL
- Experience with big data technologies: Hadoop
- Understanding of linked data concepts
- Proficient in analytics tools and techniques
- Ability to work with natural language processing applications
- Familiarity with Bash (Unix shell) scripting
