We are seeking a Data Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on reviewing, researching, identifying, and correcting billing discrepancies for key and enterprise accounts while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Location: Remote, Texas
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Standard Business Hours
What You’ll Do:

Review and analyze billing data for key and enterprise accounts to identify discrepancies and errors.

Conduct thorough research to verify account information and billing details.

Correct billing errors and ensure accurate invoicing in compliance with company policies.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and improve processes.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing procedures and policies to ensure compliance.

Review reports on billing discrepancies and corrective actions taken.

Assist in the development of strategies to enhance billing accuracy and efficiency.

Support special projects related to account management and billing processes as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

1+ year of relevant experience (data entry, administrative, billing, legal preferred).

Litigation support experience is a plus.

Strong computer skills and familiarity with scheduling systems or databases.

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Reliable, dependable, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize competing tasks.
