Job Description:
Join our dynamic Underwriting team as a Data Analyst and play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights. Collaborate across departments, support business growth, and enhance decision-making with your analytical expertise.
What you’ll be doing:

Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Excel.

Generate reports and KPIs to monitor business performance across teams and units.

Collaborate with Operations and Workforce departments to understand their data needs.

Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and test hypotheses.

Ensure data quality through cleaning, validation, and integrity checks.

Support continuous improvement of existing reports and explore new data analysis tools and techniques.
What you'll bring:

Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python for data analysis and visualization.

3-5 years of experience working with large datasets and database management systems.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.

Excellent communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
