We're a small, fast-moving company where engineers have direct impact on the product, customers, and company growth. If you're excited about solving real-world problems and building tools people rely on daily, we'd love to meet you.

- Contribute to Elly's core product and help scale our growing set of integrations
- Collaborate with design and product to quickly deliver user-friendly solutions
- Own features from implementation through QA and release
- Share feedback, ideas, and improvements to help shape how we work as a team

- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and React
- Fullstack development experience (frontend + backend)
- Ability to independently drive features to completion
- Comfort with ambiguity and excitement for solving practical problems quickly
Bonus Points
- You've thrived at an early-stage startup or built and launched your own side project
- Experience with AWS, API integrations, SaaS products, or HR/recruiting tech
- Passion for building tools that empower people to do their best work
