Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides Account Teams/clients with Data QA/QC
- Ensures adherence to data standards
- Works to monitor collection activities to ensure accuracy and completeness in collected data
- Ensures field-collected data is appropriately linked to existing client asset data in real-time
- Supports Account Teams/Clients with Remote/off-site technical support for app usage and data structure
- Problem solves issues with technology solutions
- Provides training on the use of the Technical systems and associated tools
- Supports the creation of Multi-Year Capital forecasts
- Supports the creation of static data files and PDF reports for capital forecasting
- Supports data conformation to enable accurate analytics
- Supports the performance of asset data analytics projects, including:
- Retrospective alignment of client data
- Alignment of field-collected data with client data architecture
- Transformation of data to the client's native data architecture
- Enables the upload of data to the client's CMMS by partnering with the account team and Technology Delivery teams to support the ingestion of collected data

Competencies/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar
- Relevant certifications a plus, or can be considered in lieu of a degree with sufficient job experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Data and Analytics
- A plus if they are familiar with, or have project experience with any of the following:
- CMMS or FM Asset data
- Financial Data—Specifically, IFM/Construction data
- Workforce analysis
- Geoanalysis and route optimization
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, Python.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Database Management: Experience with database design, development, and management. Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- API Integration and Management
- API Integration: Experience in integrating various APIs into applications to enhance functionality and data exchange.
- API Management: Ability to manage and maintain API connections, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Technical Proficiency: Using tools and languages commonly associated with API work, such as RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and programming languages like Python, JavaScript, Ruby, or Java.
- Troubleshooting: Skills in diagnosing and resolving API connectivity and performance issues.
- Documentation: Ability to read and understand API documentation and can create clear documentation for API usage within the company.
- Quality Assurance: Skills in data quality assurance, including data cleaning, validation, and verification processes.
- Statistical Analysis: Understanding of basic statistical methods and techniques to analyze data trends and patterns.

- Multivariate Analysis
- ANOVA
- PCA (Principal Component Analysis)

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $91,035.00 - $107,100.00
