We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist located in Charlotte, NC, to join our Pro and Services team and help transform how we personalize customer experiences and optimize operations across our digital platforms.
What You’ll Do:
- Apply statistical models and machine learning techniques to drive insights across Personalization, SEO, Search & Navigation, Promotions, Services, and Supply Chain.
- Build automated insight generation tools and interactive dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
- Conduct deep statistical analysis, including predictive and prescriptive modeling.
- Translate business problems into data science solutions and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
- Stay on the cutting edge of data science trends, tools, and technologies.
- Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of analytics automation projects.
What You Bring:
- Strong skills in data gathering, analysis, cloud computing, software development, big data management, and big data analytics.
- Experience developing and deploying data science models at scale using languages like Python, Java, Scala, or Rust.
- Expertise in SQL, statistical modeling, and machine learning frameworks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field + 4 years in analytics and 2 years of programming
OR
- Master’s degree + 2 years in analytics and 1 year of programming
OR
- Ph.D. + 1 year of analytics experience
