Position Title: Data Engineer
Location: On-site San Francisco (5 days/week in office)

Must-Have Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a full-stack or data engineer at a startup handling large-scale data.
- Strong full-stack knowledge and fundamentals in data modeling,
pipelines, and performance optimization.
- Experience with both batch and real-time data processing.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying data infrastructure.
- Undergraduate degree in CS or STEM (or equivalent evidence of work via
GitHub activity or personal projects).
- Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco, 5 days/week.
- Excited about fast-paced startup work environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience at high-scale data infra companies (e.g., Segment,
Confluent, Datadog, Fivetran).
- Visible GitHub projects, repos, or contributions demonstrating passion for data systems.
- Startup experience with meaningful individual contributions. Core
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy large-scale data infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain real-time and batch data pipelines.
- Work with technologies like Kafka, ClickHouse, and other data infra tools.
- Balance speed of execution with system reliability.
- Collaborate closely with product engineers and founders to scale
systems that monetize AI applications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
Work Location: On the road
