An established organization is seeking a motivated professional to support its financial operations related to contractual reporting. This role involves working with structured data, interpreting agreement terms, and contributing to accurate and timely reporting processes. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work across multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret agreement terms and apply them to relevant reporting workflows.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues.
- Reconcile accounts tied to external obligations.
- Prepare and deliver reports based on contractual timelines.
- Support inquiries and assist with issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal and external contacts as needed.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and operational improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in financial operations, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and general office software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience working with data from multiple systems.
- Exposure to contract interpretation or royalty-related processes is a plus.
