We’re seeking a Data Scientist to drive advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives within healthcare. This role works with diverse datasets—from EHRs and clinical data to genomics and ERP systems—to deliver insights that improve patient care, precision medicine, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Apply machine learning, NLP, and AI techniques to healthcare datasets (clinical, genomic, operational).
Develop predictive models for precision medicine, risk stratification, and patient outcomes.
Build scalable pipelines and use graph databases to reveal hidden data relationships.
Collaborate with clinical, research, and IT teams to operationalize models into real-world decision support.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations while handling sensitive patient data.

Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field (Master’s preferred)

✔ 3–5+ years of data science experience in healthcare or life sciences

✔ Proficiency in Python, R, SQL; strong ML/statistical modeling skills

✔ Experience with EHR data, precision medicine, genomics, or healthcare analytics

✔ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), graph/vector databases, and big data frameworks
