I’m partnered with a well-funded, fast-growing AI startup that has already secured $200M+ in backing from top-tier VCs and founders behind some of the biggest names in tech. They’re building a category-defining conversational AI product that’s already landed high-profile customers and is scaling fast.
They’re now looking for a top 1% engineer to join the founding team and drive impact at the core of the product.
What you’ll do
- Build and scale core systems across the stack (Python/FastAPI, Next.js/React).
- Drive development of AI products from zero-to-one and beyond.
- Partner directly with founders and early customers to shape the roadmap.
- Lead and deliver high-impact projects in a high-autonomy, fast-moving environment.
What they’re looking for
- 3+ years backend or full-stack experience in product-driven startups.
- 4+ years in high-growth environments (Seed–Series C)
- A proven track record of fast promotions, ownership, or building fast-growing products.
- Experience scaling complex codebases in high-growth companies.
- Experience building AI products.
- Strong product sense, high ownership, thrives with autonomy.
