About This Opportunity: We're working with an early-stage AI startup that's looking for a new grad engineer to join their core engineering team. This is a full-stack role where you'll be contributing to production systems immediately.
The Role: You'll join a small engineering team where you'll have real ownership over features and technical decisions. You'll work across the entire stack:
- Backend development (APIs, databases, system architecture)
- Frontend development (modern web frameworks and UI)
- Infrastructure and deployment (CI/CD, cloud services, monitoring)
- Code reviews and technical design discussions
- Direct collaboration with product, design, and customers
Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science or related field (graduated Dec 2023 - Aug 2025)
- Familiarity with our tech stack (Typescript, Python, PostgreSQL, SwiftUI)
- Familiarity with AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and other agentic coding tools.
- Project experience through coursework, internships, or personal projects
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design fundamentals
- Ability to work in the US without sponsorship
Nice to Have:
- Previous internship experience
- Open source contributions
- Personal technical projects or deployed applications
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Interview Process:
- Initial conversation with our team (30 min)
- Practical coding exercise - build something small but real (60 min)
- Final round - technical discussion and team fit (3 hours)
You'll hear back within 48 hours at each stage.
Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 + equity
