Position Summary
We are seeking a Data Scientist (Healthcare) to develop and optimize machine learning models for clinical documentation and medical coding.
Responsibilities
- Build, train, and deploy machine learning models (ensemble methods, neural networks).
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines in Python.
- Work with healthcare datasets (EHR/EMR, ICD, CPT, clinical notes).
- Conduct experiments, evaluate models, and document results.
- Collaborate with clinicians and engineers to refine models for production use.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LightGBM/XGBoost).
- Hands-on experience with ensemble methods and neural networks.
- Strong knowledge of model evaluation techniques.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Scottsdale, AZ.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
