Data Analyst – Business Data Analyst (with Experience)

Role Overview
We are seeking an entry-level analyst (1–3 years of experience) who is eager to work at the intersection of data and business strategy. This role is designed for someone comfortable working with numbers, building reports, and identifying trends that inform decision-making. You’ll support leadership by turning data into insights that improve how we operate and grow.
Responsibilities
- Organize, clean, and maintain data sets that drive reporting and operational tracking.
- Build and refine formulas, queries, and dashboards to support leadership decisions.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement across business activity.
- Support reporting on performance and outcomes with concise, actionable summaries.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure metrics are accurate, timely, and useful. Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, operations, or financial services.
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with queries, pivot tables, and formula logic.
- Analytical mindset with ability to spot trends and inconsistencies in datasets.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present findings clearly. What We Offer
