What we're looking for:
We’re seeking a Data Scientist who is passionate about turning data into actionable insights. You’ll work with large datasets, develop machine learning models, and partner with cross-functional teams to influence product direction, business strategy, and customer experiences. We’re looking for someone who loves data, whose passion is reflected in their work, and who doesn't want to be micromanaged.
What you need:
· Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.
· Build predictive models, statistical analyses, and machine learning algorithms.
· Partner with engineers and product managers to deploy models into production.
· Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate findings.
· Stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in data science and AI.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
· 2+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied analytics.
· Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch a plus).
· Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice extras:
· Experience with LLMs and fine-tuning.
· Background in computer vision and NLP.
· Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical results into business impact.
