Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Data Analyst to own the accuracy, integrity, and usability of data within our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, Dataverse, and integrated applications. This role will focus heavily on updating and maintaining back-end tables for accuracy and redundancy control, while also leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and AI systems to streamline workflows, reduce manual entry, and deliver actionable insights. Light system administration support will also be part of this role. In addition, flexibility to perform other job-related tasks, as necessary
The analyst contributes to the overall success of MSBA by performing the following responsibilities and essential duties.
CRM Data Management & Integrity (Primary Focus)
- Update and maintain association CRM, Dynamics 365 Dataverse back-end tables to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and removal of redundancies.
- Develop and enforce processes for data validation, deduplication, and ongoing quality control.
- Support and optimize additional CRM modules such as Dynamics 365 Sales Hub and Customer Service.
- Build and maintain workflows and automations in Power Automate to minimize manual processes.
- Design and manage apps in Power Apps to improve accessibility and usability of CRM data.
- Regularly audit CRM data and collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Support ongoing improvements to CRM structures, integrations, and business processes.
- Apply AI systems to streamline reporting, automate insights, and enhance decision-making processes.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Develop dashboards and reports in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to track KPIs and business performance.
- Provide stakeholders with accurate, actionable reporting and ad hoc analysis.
- Identify trends and insights to support business decisions and customer engagement strategies.
- Incorporate AI systems to strengthen data validation, deduplication, and predictive analytics within CRM and Dataverse.
System Administration Support
- Assist with CRM and system user account management (create, modify, deactivate accounts).
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed.
- Perform basic troubleshooting, updates, and system checks.
- Support data backup, security, and compliance efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, information systems, or related field (or 4–6 years of equivalent experience in a similar role).
- Hands-on experience with CRMs, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales Hub and Customer Service), and Dataverse.
- Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI).
- Proven ability to manage and optimize Dataverse back-end tables for accuracy and redundancy control.
- Experience building workflows and automations to improve efficiency.
- Knowledge of data languages such as Power Query, DAX, or FetchXML.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and connected business applications, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) to support training, compliance, and member engagement initiatives.
- Experience leveraging AI systems to enhance CRM efficiency, reporting accuracy, and user engagement.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new tools, programming languages, and technologies.
- Basic knowledge of system administration (user accounts, permissions, troubleshooting).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $78,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
