Job Title: BMC Remedy Helix Engineer
Location: REMOTE
W2 Role
12 Months initial contract + Potential extensions
What's the Job?
- Lead efforts in an Agile environment, facilitating stand-up meetings and managing storycards
- Maintain and support BMC Remedy/Helix systems, including CMDB and Atrium Integrator
- Support ITSM, Incident Management, ITOM, and Discovery processes
- Coordinate environment changes and ensure system availability aligns with service level agreements
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and implement improvements
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 7 years of experience working with operating system hardware and software components in a large IT environment
- Proficiency in BMC Action Request System 21.3+ and BMC Helix platforms (Business Workflows, Innovation Studio, Atrium Integrator, Discovery)
- Strong understanding of IT operations, system troubleshooting, and problem resolution
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Puppet, GitHub, and REST API is preferred
- Associate's degree or higher in an IT-related discipline or equivalent experience
