Job description
Primary Qualifications
7 years in Data Science or related roles
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
5 years of software development experience in Agile environments
5 years of Python or equivalent programming experience for MLNLP model development
Deep understanding and handson exposure to GenAI opensource models eg GPT LLaMA Claude
Job Responsibilities
Build BRD generation and document extraction workflows using LLMs
Extract structured attributes from unstructured inputs emails PDFs meeting notes etc
Design and customize prompts generalize extraction templates and develop a prompt library
Finetune models using LoRA or equivalent techniques
Evaluate model performance using taskspecific metrics eg field accuracy BRD completeness
Collaborate closely with business SMEs for iterative improvements
Package and deploy LLMsML models on bankapproved infrastructure onprem private cloud hybrid
Ensure model isolation encryption and compliance with IT security policies
Handle model scaling monitoring optimization and regulatory compliance
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in LLMs and GenAI frameworks LangChain Hugging Face Transformers OpenAI APIs
Experience with LoRA or similar finetuning methods
Expertise in document processing extraction summarization classification
Familiarity with enterprise tools Jira Confluence SharePoint and cloud platforms Azure AWS GCP
Experience with containerization and orchestration Docker Kubernetes
Proficiency in model serving frameworks TorchServe Triton MLflow
Knowledge of BFSI security and compliance standards data encryption access control
Handson with MLOps tools CICD model versioning monitoring Prometheus Grafana logging ELK
Strong scripting and automation skills Python Bash Terraform
