Transform Education Through Intelligent Technology
We're seeking a forward-thinking AI Integration Specialist to revolutionize our educational ecosystem by seamlessly incorporating artificial intelligence into our daily operations. This pivotal role will enhance both faculty and student experiences while optimizing operational efficiency and empowering our community with practical AI skills.
As our AI champion, you'll spearhead initiatives to implement intelligent solutions across our entire institution—from classrooms and labs to critical administrative departments including admissions, financial aid, marketing, student services, and HR. You'll also design intuitive dashboards that clearly communicate performance metrics to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
AI Integration & Implementation
- Deploy innovative AI solutions (chatbots, predictive analytics, document automation) to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
- Provide hands-on coaching to help team members confidently integrate AI tools into their daily responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive ethical guidelines for responsible AI usage across the organization
- Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure intellectual property compliance in controlled environments
Academic Enhancement
- Manage and optimize AI-powered tutoring and instructional platforms
- Equip academic and support staff with practical AI integration strategies for their courses
- Create and deliver an engaging AI literacy curriculum for students and new employees
Data Visualization & Insights
- Design intuitive, actionable dashboards that visualize key performance indicators across departments
- Partner with leadership to transform complex data into strategic insights that drive decision-making
Change Leadership & Capability Building
- Facilitate engaging workshops and develop comprehensive training resources that build organization-wide AI confidence
- Cultivate a culture of continuous innovation by staying at the forefront of AI advancements in higher
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience implementing AI solutions, preferably within educational settings
- Demonstrated proficiency with major language and multimodal learning models
- Python programming skills and experience with data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication abilities, particularly in translating technical concepts for diverse audiences
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
