Become a Key Player as a Data Analyst 3

As a Data Analyst 3, you will design and optimize data-driven solutions that enable informed decision-making across the business. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into technical solutions that drive automation, insight, and measurable outcomes. Work model: Remote.

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, provide insights, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Analyze business and financial data to recommend automation and process improvements.
Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights.
Support metrics development for customer retention, propensity to convert, and churn prediction.
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and workflows for analytical and operational use cases.
Develop and maintain quantitative models using historical data and scenario analysis to improve decision-making.

Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role

5–7 years of experience.
Strong SQL skills; proficiency in Python or similar languages for analysis and modeling.
Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving ability with actionable insight delivery.
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Here’s What Else Might Help You Out

Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth) strategies and metrics.
Strong understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and experimentation design.

Pay Range

$43.38 - $54.23/hour
